United Communities Corp. · Life Coaching With Paloma

You bring your life.
We make room for it.

Space to figure things out. Support to move forward.

You may have a goal in mind, be facing a change, or simply know that something needs to be different. You do not need to have all the answers before starting.

Life coaching offers space to explore what matters to you, consider your options, and take steps that fit your life.

Community Outreach & Support

For help finding resources, accessing community services, or connecting with UCC’s outreach programs, select Explore Community Support.

Paid Consulting & Coaching

Choosing UCC for consulting or coaching is another way to contribute to our community work. Your service fee supports UCC’s charitable mission while you receive support for your goals. We discuss your needs, budget, and fees before starting. Reduced fees and payment arrangements may be available.

Not every request requires a paid service. Learn more.

We talk with you about what you need and what support UCC can offer through our community programs before discussing paid options.

For example, you might be in recovery and ready to start your own organization, or you might want support turning your experiences into a book. These are just examples. UCC supports people with different backgrounds, circumstances, and goals.

Not sure? Reach out. We will help you explore your options. Asking for help does not commit you to paid services.

You do not need a perfect starting point. We can begin with what matters to you today.
More examples of what we can work on
  • Finding direction when you feel stuck or uncertain.
  • Navigating changes in your personal, family, school, or work life.
  • Making decisions and identifying priorities.
  • Building confidence in expressing your needs and setting boundaries.
  • Making room for your own goals while carrying responsibilities for others.
  • Exploring a personal or creative goal.

You decide what we focus on. These are examples, not a complete list.

We Begin With You

Your identity, culture, experiences, relationships, responsibilities, and access to support shape what is possible in your daily life.

We begin by understanding what matters to you and what you would like to work toward. Together, we explore approaches that respect your circumstances, strengths, and choices.

Your voiceYour choicesRoom to adjust

There is room to reflect, ask questions, try something, and adjust. Your goals can change as you learn more about what you need.

Different Ways to Participate

You do not have to express yourself in one particular way.

Conversation, creativity, and more

Depending on your preferences and our agreed work, sessions may include conversation, writing, visual tools, or creative activities.

Creativity is an option. You do not need artistic experience to participate.

You and Your Chosen Supporters

You choose who you want involved.

What could that look like?

Coaching can focus on you or include a partner, parent, guardian, or another chosen supporter when you want them involved.

Supporters may also seek coaching around their own goals, responsibilities, communication, and ways of offering support. We agree on whose goals we are working toward, everyone’s role, and what information may be shared.

A person, not just a title

Coaching With Paloma

I bring professional preparation, community experience, and lived experience as a neurodivergent person and mother.

My work has involved helping people navigate complex situations, communicate their priorities, and find ways forward that reflect their lives. I bring that same attention to coaching, with respect for your voice and decisions.

More About Paloma

What Working Together Looks Like

  1. 1Connect

We begin with an introductory conversation to discuss what you are looking for and whether coaching with me feels like a good fit.

  2. 2Choose a Focus

We agree on your goals, how we will work together, session arrangements, and fees.

  3. 3Explore, Try & Adjust

We work toward your goals, reflect on what is useful, and adjust as your needs and circumstances change.

Fees & Flexible Payment Options

We discuss the cost and what is included before you commit to paid sessions. Reduced fees and payment arrangements may be available based on circumstances and UCC’s available resources.

View example base fees
  • Life coaching: Example base fee of $125 per 60-minute session.
  • Reduced-fee sessions: Example range of $75–$100 per 60-minute session, when available.

These are potential base fees, not a finalized price list. Session length, preparation, and any support between sessions are agreed upon in advance.

Check the booking page for the appointment type, duration, and any listed cost. Booking a conversation does not automatically enroll you in ongoing coaching.

If cost is a barrier

Please ask about reduced fees or payment arrangements. You do not need to share financial details in your initial inquiry.

A reduced fee lowers the total cost. A payment plan spreads the agreed cost across scheduled payments. We consider requests individually, based on circumstances and availability.

Your Sessions Support Community Work

100% of revenue from UCC’s coaching services supports our charitable mission, including community programs, staff time, materials, and the operations that make this work possible.

Is life coaching the right fit?

Life coaching focuses on your goals, decisions, and steps forward. It does not provide mental health diagnosis, psychotherapy, or crisis services.

If your main concern involves planning, organizing, starting tasks, managing time, or following through, we can also discuss executive functioning coaching. You do not need to decide which service fits before contacting us.

Make Room for a Conversation

You do not need a polished explanation. Bring your question, your goal, or simply a sense that you would like support.
