Paid Consulting & Coaching

Choosing UCC for consulting or coaching is another way to contribute to our community work. Your service fee supports UCC’s charitable mission while you receive support for your goals. We discuss your needs, budget, and fees before starting. Reduced fees and payment arrangements may be available.

Not every request requires a paid service. Learn more.

We talk with you about what you need and what support UCC can offer through our community programs before discussing paid options.

For example, you might be in recovery and ready to start your own organization, or you might want support turning your experiences into a book. These are just examples. UCC supports people with different backgrounds, circumstances, and goals.

Not sure? Reach out. We will help you explore your options. Asking for help does not commit you to paid services.

You do not need a perfect starting point. We can begin with what matters to you today.
More examples of what we can work on
  • Starting tasks, even when you want to do them.
  • Breaking a task or project into manageable steps.
  • Planning, prioritizing, and understanding how long things may take.
  • Keeping track of appointments, belongings, and responsibilities.
  • Building routines that can adjust to changing needs.
  • Moving between activities and returning after interruptions.
  • Following through without relying only on pressure or last-minute urgency.

You decide what we focus on. These are examples, not a complete list.

We Begin With You

Your identity, culture, experiences, relationships, responsibilities, environment, and access to support affect everyday demands. A strategy that works for someone else may not fit your life.

We begin by understanding you, how you take in and express information, and where daily tasks become difficult. Together, we explore practical support that respects your strengths, needs, and choices.

Your voiceYour choicesRoom to adjust

We can try an approach, notice what helps, and adjust it. The aim is to make daily life more manageable while respecting your energy, responsibilities, and goals.

Different Ways to Participate

You do not have to express yourself in one particular way.

Conversation, creativity, and more

Depending on your preferences and our agreed work, sessions may include conversation, writing, visual tools, creative activities, or practicing with a real task you choose.

Creativity is an option. You do not need artistic experience to participate.

You and Your Chosen Supporters

You choose who you want involved.

What could that look like?

Coaching can focus on you or include a partner, parent, guardian, or another chosen supporter when you want them involved.

Supporters may also seek coaching to understand everyday challenges, communicate more clearly, and offer support that respects the person’s choices and growing independence. We agree on whose goals we are working toward, everyone’s role, and what information may be shared.

A person, not just a title

Coaching With Paloma

I bring professional preparation, community experience, and lived experience as a neurodivergent person and mother.

My work has involved helping people navigate complex situations, communicate their priorities, and find ways forward that reflect their lives. I bring that same attention to coaching, with respect for your voice and decisions.

More About Paloma

What Working Together Looks Like

  1. 1Connect

We begin with an introductory conversation to discuss what you are looking for and whether coaching with me feels like a good fit.

  2. 2Choose a Focus

We choose a practical starting point, agree on your goals, and confirm session arrangements, roles, and fees.

  3. 3Explore, Try & Adjust

We explore strategies using situations from your life, notice what helps, and adjust as your needs and circumstances change.

Fees & Flexible Payment Options

We discuss the cost and what is included before you commit to paid sessions. Reduced fees and payment arrangements may be available based on circumstances and UCC’s available resources.

View example base fees
  • Executive functioning coaching: Example base fee of $150 per 60-minute session.
  • Reduced-fee sessions: Example range of $75–$100 per 60-minute session, when available.

These are potential base fees, not a finalized price list. Session length, preparation, and any support between sessions are agreed upon in advance.

Check the booking page for the appointment type, duration, and any listed cost. Booking a conversation does not automatically enroll you in ongoing coaching.

If cost is a barrier

Please ask about reduced fees or payment arrangements. You do not need to share financial details in your initial inquiry.

A reduced fee lowers the total cost. A payment plan spreads the agreed cost across scheduled payments. We consider requests individually, based on circumstances and availability.

Your Sessions Support Community Work

100% of revenue from UCC’s coaching services supports our charitable mission, including community programs, staff time, materials, and the operations that make this work possible.

Who is this coaching for?

Children, teens, adults, and chosen supporters may benefit from exploring executive functioning support. We discuss age, needs, participation, and whether this service is a suitable fit before beginning. A diagnosis is not required to ask about support.

For children and teens, we agree on age-appropriate participation, guardian involvement, and privacy expectations.

How is this different from life coaching?

Executive functioning coaching focuses on the practical demands of planning, starting, organizing, managing time, and following through. Life coaching focuses more broadly on goals, decisions, and life changes. These areas can overlap, and we can discuss which support fits your needs.

Coaching does not provide mental health diagnosis, psychotherapy, or crisis services.

Make Room for a Conversation

You do not need to organize everything before asking for help. Bring an example of what feels difficult, a question, or simply a wish for more support.
