Co-Founder, CEO & Director of Community Outreach

Why I’m Here
“I don’t do this for recognition or reward. I do it because people matter. We’re not saviors — we’re neighbors. We walk beside those in recovery, not ahead of them, not above them.”

A Day in My Work
Most days start in the field — not behind a desk. I drive through Weymouth, Randolph, and surrounding towns, checking on people living in the woods, shelters, or cars, and visiting businesses, churches, and community centers to build connections. My outreach reaches veterans, families re-entering society after incarceration, domestic violence survivors, and people living with substance use or mental health challenges.

Every conversation begins with respect. Whether I’m handing out Narcan, translating a service form, or connecting someone to housing, the work is personal. I meet people exactly where they are — no judgment, no shame, just the belief that every life is still worth saving.

My Approach
Growing up in Boston, taekwondo taught me discipline, structure, and the power of positive role models. I saw early on that when children have access to caring adults, sports, and community support, they are less likely to fall into dangerous cycles. That lesson drives my approach today: prevention through connection, healing through consistency, and transformation through trust.

I bring the same principles to every encounter — accountability, patience, and the refusal to give up on anyone. I believe caregivers need support just as much as their loved ones. When families are stable, children have a chance to thrive.

Core Values
Discipline • Integrity • Compassion

Defining Moment
My life hasn’t been without mistakes. I’ve faced circumstances that could have broken me, but instead I learned from them. I don’t hide my past — I use it. It gives me the insight, strength, and patience to help others navigate their own struggles. I believe leadership isn’t about appearing flawless; it’s about staying human. As I once wrote:

“Without mistakes, how do we learn what’s best? I would not erase my past — without it, I would not be me.”

Beyond Work
When I’m not in the field, I’m connecting with youth, mentoring through martial arts, and encouraging the next generation to find structure and purpose. For me, community care isn’t a nine-to-five job — it’s 24/7.

“Saving lives doesn’t take weekends off — so neither do we.”

In His Words

“We show up where systems don’t.
We turn fear into understanding.
We turn stigma into strength.
We show up when it’s hard, when it’s messy, when some might call it inconvenient.
We show up again — until nobody falls through the cracks.”

This site is a living system — it grows and changes with community needs.
