Our Mission
United Communities is here to help make our community better. We’re a nonprofit organization that travels around to help people. We listen to each person and give them a say in how we help them achieve their definition of independence and or security.
What makes us special is that we focus on helping each person speak up and feel confident in making their own decisions.
Our unique approach aims to provide ongoing support until they feel confident standing on their own. We also offer resources and support to their families and friends.
- An example of support is sponsoring a team to raise funds for a club where some students’ families may face hardship or difficult times. This helps youth who are facing challenges form positive relationships.
We use a big-picture approach to ensure everyone gets the help, support, and or guidance that they want, need, and deserve for long-term growth.
United Communities is about making strong, lasting connections and giving hope and support to everyone in our diverse community.
